Turkey tikka kebabs

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 small Cube fresh turkey breast
1 Lemon; juice of
1 Clove garlic
1 teaspoon Turmeric
1 tablespoon Ground cumin
1 tablespoon Ground coriander
1 tablespoon Garam masala
1 Red chilli

Directions

Grind all the ingredients together in a coffee grinder and mix with the turkey cubes.

Skewer onto cocktail sticks and fry gently in a nonstick pan. Season with salt and pepper and serve with a yoghurt and cucumber dip.
