Turkey waldorf salad

Ingredients

1 cup Cooked rice; cooled (cooked in chicken broth)
1 cup Cooked turkey breast strips
¾ cup Diced unpeeled apple
½ cup Sliced celery
2 tablespoons Slivered almonds; toasted
3 tablespoons Poppy seed salad dressing
Lettuce leaves

Directions

Combine all ingredients except lettuce in medium bowl. Serve on lettuce leaves.
