Turkey with mustard sandwich - country cooking

Ingredients

½ 6 oz pk thin-sliced turkey breast, rolled up
2 Slices whole wheat bread, crusts removed, cut in half
1 tablespoon Whole-grain prepared mustard
Parsley sprigs

Directions

On serving platter, place one slice of rolled turkey on each piece of bread; top with a dab of mustard and sprig of parsley.
