Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Turkey breast tenderloin, boneless and skinless
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 teaspoon Curry powder
½ teaspoon Cumin, ground
Salt, to taste
Ground pepper, to taste
½ small Lemons or limes
Mango chutney, Optional

Directions

Brush turkey breast tenderloins on both sides with oil and rub with seasonings. Squeeze lemon (or lime) over turkey; set aside. Prepare outdoor grill for cooking or pre-heat broiler. Grill or broil tenderloins 5 to 6 inches from heat source 5 to 8 minutes on each side until cooked through. Serve with mango chutney, if desired.
