1 | Box (1 lb.) ziti, cooked | |
1½ | pounds | Ground turkey |
2 | cups | Onions, chopped |
1½ | Jrs Classico Tomato Basil sauce | |
2 | cups | Mozz. cheese, shredded |
1 | cup | Spinach, thawed and drained |
½ | cup | Red wine |
3 | Cloves garlic, minced | |
1 | teaspoon | Basil |
1 | teaspoon | Oregano |
2 | teaspoons | Capers |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | teaspoon | Pepper |
Directions
Cook ziti according to package directions. In large skillet brown turkey and onions. Drain. Add garlic, saute for a couple of minutes, and add the pasta sauce, spices, and wine. Cook for about 10 minutes. Stir in spinach and capers. Add the drained ziti and place into a large casserole dish. Top w/ Mozz. Cheese. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until it is bubbly.
