Ingredients

Chicken (Thighs; breasts, whatever boneless & skinless is best)
Mushrooms (we use quite a few) (up to)
2 cans Watties (depends on how much Chicken) Italian style tomatoes (the herbed ones)
1 Onion; sliced
Green olives
Flour
Seasonings

put flour & seasonings in an oven bag with the chicken & shake to coat.

Brown in a little oil in a large high sided frying pan (a big electric is best) Add tomatoes, onion & olives cover and leave to simmer until cooked through

serve with cooked pasta spirals tossed in olive oil and you favorite herb.
