Tyler texas chili

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 pounds Ground round
2 Bay leaves
3 larges Onions
2 cans (28 oz) tomatoes
7 Cloves garlic
1 medium Bell pepper; diced
3 teaspoons Ground cumin
2 cans (12 oz) tomato paste
3 teaspoons Cayenne pepper
1 can (28 oz) chili beans
1 tablespoon Red pepper flakes
3 ounces Canned jalapeno peppers
5 tablespoons Chili powder sliced

Directions

Brown beef, onions, and bell pepper. Add garlic. When browned add rest of the ingredients except beans and jalapenos. Simmer for 2 hours. Add beans and jalapeno peppers and simmer for one hour longer.
