Ultimate leftover bread pudding

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
pounds (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
3 Eggs, beaten
2 cups Sugar
1 cup Raisins
1 cup Shredded cocunut
1 cup Chopped pecans
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
½ teaspoon Nutmeg
4 cups Milk (3 c. if using fresh bread)
6 cups Stale bread (any kind), torn into 1 inch cubes (up to 8)

Directions

Grease a 9x13 inch pan. Set oven rack in lower third of oven. Preheat oven: 350 degrees. Mix all the ingredients, may be soupy. Pour into baking dish.

Bake 1 hour 15 minutes until top is golden brown.
