Ultimate leftover bread pudding

Ingredients

1¼ | pounds | (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted |
3 | Eggs, beaten | |
2 | cups | Sugar |
1 | cup | Raisins |
1 | cup | Shredded cocunut |
1 | cup | Chopped pecans |
1 | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
½ | teaspoon | Nutmeg |
4 | cups | Milk (3 c. if using fresh bread) |
6 | cups | Stale bread (any kind), torn into 1 inch cubes (up to 8) |
Directions
Grease a 9x13 inch pan. Set oven rack in lower third of oven. Preheat oven: 350 degrees. Mix all the ingredients, may be soupy. Pour into baking dish.
Bake 1 hour 15 minutes until top is golden brown.
