Unitarian chicken and rice casserole

1 each Chicken, cut into pieces
1 pack Mrs. Grass' Onion Soup Mix
1 can Water
1 cup White rice
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup

Directions

Spray the bottom and sides of a large flat casserole dish with Pam and cover bottom with rice. Place cut-up chicken evenly over the rice.

Sprinkle the package of onion soup mix on top of chicken. Spread contents of the can of cream of mushroom soup over onion soup mix.

Pour can of water over top. More rice may be added if desired.

Another cup of rice and a cup of water may be added without changing the flavor and will help if a big crowd shows up. Cover the dish and bake in a preheated 325 F. oven for 3 hours.
