Vanilla butter

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Unsalted butter, at room temperature
3 tablespoons Powdered sugar, sifted
1 tablespoon Vanilla extract

Directions

With a wooden spoon, an electric mixer, or a food processor, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in the vanilla until smooth. Scrape into a decorative serving dish and chill, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Let stand at room temperature for at least 15 minutes before serving.
