Vanilla sugar #2

Quantity Ingredient
4 cups Sugar
1 Vanilla bean

Directions

Split vanilla bean lengthwise and chop coarsely. Place with sugar in a food processor and process until the beans are well chopped. Store in an airtight container and use as needed, putting the sugar through a sieve or sifter first.

For dusting on cakes or rolling freshly-baked cookies in.
