Vegetable beef soup for a crowd

48 quarts Stock (homemade or commercial)
5 pounds Cooked roast beef, cubed
2 eaches 48oz cans tomato juice
2 pounds Frozen green beans
2 pounds Frozen peas
8 mediums Onions, chopped
1 large Bunch celery, chopped
5 pounds Potatoes, cubed
6 pounds Carrots, chopped
4-5 cups macaroni, rice or pot barley

Directions
