Vegetable hamburger specialty

1 | large | Onion |
1 | cup | Diced celery |
5 | cups | Raw diced potatoes |
2 | teaspoons | Salt |
½ | teaspoon | Pepper |
1 | can | Tomato soup |
1 | can | Cream of mushroom soup |
Directions
Brown beef and onion; alternate layers of celery, potatoes and seasonings in buttered casserole. Mix tomato and mushroom soups; pour over ingredients in casserole. Cover; bake at 350 degrees for 1½ hours, removing cover the last 15 minutes of baking. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 04-15-95
