Vegetarian skillet corn bread

cup Unbleached white flour
teaspoon Baking powder
1 tablespoon Sugar or sucanat
1 teaspoon Salt
cup Soymilk
¼ cup Oil

Put an oiled 10" skillet in oven to heat. Mix ingredients and pour into hot skillet. Bake 30 minutes on top shelf. Cut into wedges and serve.
