Veggie sandwich spread

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pack Firm tofu
½ cup Soy mayonnaise
1 each Green onion, diced
1 each Green bell pepper, diced
1 each Celery stalk, chopped
¼ cup Sunflower or sesame seeds
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 teaspoon Curry powder
1 teaspoon Turmeric
1 teaspoon Garlic powder

Directions

Crumble the tofu with a fork. Add remaining ingredients & mix well.

Serve on crackers or bread.
