Vietnamese dipping sauce (nuoc cham)

Quantity Ingredient
1 Clove Garlic; Minced
1 small Bird Or Serrano Chile; Seeded And Minced
3 tablespoons Fish Sauce
3 tablespoons Water
2 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice; (2-3 Tablespoons)
1 tablespoon Granulated Sugar

Directions

Stir together all ingredients until the sugar has dissolved.
