Garlic, chili and fish sauce (nuoc cham)

¼ cup Rice vinegar
2 tablespoons Sugar
2 tablespoons Lime juice
1 tablespoon Garlic
1 teaspoon Chili paste

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate over night to blend flavors.
