4 | pounds | Country-style ribs |
2 | eaches | Cloves garlic, minced |
½ | cup | Vinegar |
⅓ | cup | Prepared mustard |
2 | teaspoons | Celery seed |
1 | teaspoon | Ground turmeric |
¼ | cup | Honey |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |

DIRECTIONS
Pour beer over ribs in large pan. Add additional beer, if needed, to fully cover ribs. Bring to boiling, reduce heat, cover, and simmer 45- 60 minutes or until tender. Drain. In a small saucepan, cook onion and garlic in butter until tender but not brown. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes or until mixture is reduce to ¾ cups. Grill ribs over slow coals 20-25 minutes, brushing with sauce and turning every 10 minutes. Makes 4-6 servings.
