2 | Ribs celery; dice | |
4 | tablespoons | Creole mustard |
1 | pounds | Smoked turkey sausage; slice thin, saute 5 mins, drain |
1 | cup | Fat-free mayo |
¼ | cup | Parsley; chop |
2 | Dashes Tabasco | |
Salt and pepper |
Directions

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate until ready to serve. Sprinkle top with paprika and garnish with some pimiento-stuffed olive halves.
