½ | cup | Diced jicama |
½ | cup | Chopped fresh cilantro leaves |
¼ | cup | Diced honeydew melon |
¼ | cup | Diced cantaloupe |
¼ | cup | Diced red oino |
2 | eaches | Tbps freshly squeezed lime juice |
1 | each | Fresh jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped |
½ | teaspoon | Salt, or to taste |
Directions
