Ingredients

2 tablespoons Oil
pounds Ground Round
10 ounces French Onion Soup
1 tablespoon Chili Powder
2 teaspoons Ground Cumin
½ teaspoon Pepper
1 dash Tabasco
21 ounces Red Kidney Beans
6 ounces Tomato Paste
8 ounces Tomato Sauce

Directions

Blend soup and spices in blender then add to browned meat. Heat 20 min on low. Mash meat to rice size. Add kidney beans, tomato paste and tomato sauce. Heat thoroughly, about 30 min.
