1½ | tablespoon | Sugar |
1 | tablespoon | White vinegar |
1 | cup | Mayonnaise |
Directions
Cole slaw and potato salad are two of the fish fry go-withs on the menu at Third Street Pier. Photo/Jeffrey Phelps Combine cabbage and carrots in large bowl. Add salt, sugar and vinegar; marinate 10 minutes. Add mayonnaise and mix well. Chill. Makes 6 servings.
