West bend cracked wheat bread [abm]

Ingredients

1 | cup | Plus 2 tbsp water [80 deg] |
1¾ | cup | All purpose flour |
1 | cup | Whole wheat flour |
½ | cup | Cracked wheat cereal |
2 | tablespoons | Brown sugar; packed |
1½ | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | tablespoon | Butter or marg |
2 | teaspoons | Active dry yeast |
Directions
Add water to the pan. Add flours, cereal, sugar and salt to the pan.
Level dry ingredients. Place a piece of butter in each corner. Make a well and add yeast. Program for "whole wheat".
