cup Evaporated skim milk
cup Nonfat powdered milk
teaspoon Honey
½ teaspoon Vanilla

Directions

Pour milk into a small stainless steel or copper bowl and freeze until ice crystals just begin to form, about 15 to 20 minutes. Using a hand-held blender or mixer, beat in the powdered milk. Continue beating until mixture is foamy. Add honey and vanilla; beat until stiff peaks form. Use immediately. Makes about 1¾ cups.
