3 pounds Ground turkey
2 eaches Red onions; diced
1 each Bn Celery; sliced
4 eaches Leeks; cleaned and diced
3 ounces Diced green chili peppers
2 eaches Red bell peppers; diced
2 teaspoons Oregano
1 cup Flour
2 tablespoons Ground coriander
3 tablespoons Ground cumin
2 cans Cannelini beans
3 quarts Chicken broth
3 tablespoons Chili powder
2 teaspoons Sugar

4 GARLIC CLOVES: MINCED

In a skillet, brown the ground turkey with the garlic and onions.

Drain off the fat. Place the turkey mixture in a stock pot over medium heat. Add the next 6 ingredients and stir until the flour is smooth- cooked. Add the stock and stir until the mixture is thickened. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 hour.
