White chocolate toasted almond fudge

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
pack (12 oz) vanilla milk chips (3 cups)
2 cups Mini marshmallows or 16 large ones cut in half
1 cup Sweetened condensed milk
½ teaspoon Almond extract
1 cup Toasted almonds (whole)
½ cup Dried cherries or chopped dried apricots

Directions

Grease 9x9x2 inch pan. Heat chips, marshmallows and condensed milk over medium heat until melted and stirred smooth. Stir in extract, almonds, and fruit. Immediately pour into pan. Cover and refridgerate 4 hours or until firm.
