White clam sauce for pasta

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 Cloves garlic, crushed or minced (up to 4)
¼ cup Butter
cup Olive oil
2 cans Snows chopped clams, undrained
¼ cup White wine
Pepper to taste
1 tablespoon Chopped parsley (up to 2)
Salt to taste

Directions

Cook garlic in butter and olive oil until limp. Add clams, wine, parsley, and pepper, and simmer until slightly thickened. Add salt if necessary to taste.
