White clam sauce

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Olive oil
1 To 3 cloves garlic, peeled and quartered
16 ounces Canned chopped clams, undrained
¼ cup Chopped parsley
1 teaspoon Dried oregano leaves

Directions

1. Place oil and garlic, to taste, in a small, heat-resistant, non-metallic bowl and heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 3 minutes.

2. Remove garlic pieces.

3. Add remaining ingredients and heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 4 minutes or until heated through. Stir occasionally.

4. Serve over spaghetti.
