Wild rice chicken salad

Ingredients

cup Mayonnaise
cup Buttermilk
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
¼ teaspoon Basil
3 cups Chicken; cooked cubed
3 cups Wild rice; cooked
½ cup Green onion; sliced
½ teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Pepper
1 cup Cashews; salted
½ pounds Green grapes; halved (1 cup) Opt.

Directions

Blend mayonnaise, buttermilk, lemon juice and basil. Set aside. Combine chicken, wild rice, green onions, salt and pepper. Stir in mayonnaise mixture until blended. Chill, covered 2-3 hours.
