Wild rice delight

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Wild rice
1 can Golden mushroom soup
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
4 Partridge or chicken
Breasts
1 can Mushrooms
1 can Water chestnuts
2 larges Shallots

Directions

Cook wild rice. Mix in mushroom soups and mushrooms. Slice water chestnuts and chop shallots; mix. Put rice mixture in glass pan.

Split breasts, roll in flour, then brown in butter. Lay breasts on top of rice. Bake at 325 degrees for 1½ hours covered. Season to taste.
