1 | cup | Whole wheat flour |
1 | cup | Cornmeal |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |

Directions
Mix dry ingredients together. Mix water into the flour mixture until the dough rolls away from the sides of the bowl, but does not become sticky. Flatten dough with your hands, and place chapati in an oiled skillet. Cook 10 minutes over medium heat. Flip, and cook an additional 10 minutes. Origin: Yeast Free Living.
