Yeasted lemon poppy seed bread

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Water
1 large Egg
1 teaspoon Lecithin; liquid or granules
2 teaspoons Lemon juice
3 cups Unbleached flour
2 tablespoons Vital wheat gluten
2 teaspoons Whey
2 tablespoons Lemon peel; grated
1 teaspoon Sugar
4 tablespoons Nonfat dry milk
1 tablespoon Butter
teaspoon Active dry yeast

Directions

Have all ingredients at room temperature. Add ingredients in order given.

If your bread machine specifies dry ingredients first, reverse order. Set on basic setting, light crust. Do NOT use programmable timer as bread contains perishable ingredients.
