Yogurt-garlic sauce

Quantity Ingredient
1 large Garlic clove; crushed
¼ teaspoon Salt
½ cup Plain yogurt

Directions

With the side of a chef's knife, mash garlic and ¼ tsp. salt together to form a paste. Place in a bowl and stir in yogurt. Season with more salt to taste.

Makes ½ cup.
