Zucchini sandwich

Ingredients
Quantity | Ingredient | |

1 | slice | Italian bread, toasted |
1 | slice | Provolone cheese, cut to fit bread |
½ | small | Zucchini, sliced |
1 | Thin slice Bermuda onion | |
1 | dash | Oregano leaves |
2 | tablespoons | Shredded provolone cheese |
1 | slice | Bacon, crisply fried and crumbled -OR- |
1½ | teaspoon | Bacon bits |
Directions
For each serving, top toast with cheese slice, zucchini and onion; sprinkle with oregano, shredded cheese and bacon. Cook uncovered on ungreased cookie sheet in 350 degree oven until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
