Zucchini with beef stuffing

2 pounds Zucchini,large
1 pounds Beef, ground
¼ cup Onion, chopped
1 tablespoon Parsley, minced
1 each Garlic clove
1 tablespoon Bacon grease
1 each Egg, beaten
2 slices Bread, soft,crumbed
cup Parmesan cheese

Directions

Scoop out centers of zucchini and chop. Shape beef into large patty, fry 5 min per side in bacon grease. Break into small chunks.

Combine beef, onion, seasonings, chopped zucchini, egg and bread.

Spoon mixture into zucchini shells, top with parmesan cheese. Bake 300 degrees 1 hour or until zucchini is tender.
