'ristocrat pickles' (aristocrat)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 quarts Cucumber, sliced thin
quart Onion, sliced thin cover
W/ salted water
¼ cup Salt for ea qt. of water
Let set for 1 hour, drain
3 cups White vinegar
3 cups Sugar
tablespoon Mustard seed
teaspoon Celery seed
teaspoon Ginger, ground
¾ teaspoon Tumeric
½ teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Boil ingredients 6 thru 12, add Cucumbers,and onion. Boil 10 min put in jars and seal. Hot Pack
