1 | (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes | |
½ | teaspoon | Oregano or basil |
¼ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | teaspoon | Sugar |
1 | tablespoon | Flour |
¼ | cup | Chopped onion |
1 | tablespoon | Parsley flakes |
¼ | cup | Chopped green pepper |
¼ | cup | Red wine Parmesan cheese Approximately 1/2 to 1 c. tomato juice |
1 | Or 2 bay leaves |
Directions
Remove skin from chicken; wash and dry. Spray skillet with Pam and brown chicken until golden. Remove chicken from skillet and place in baking dish. Blend all remaining ingredients (except Parmesan cheese) in skillet and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour over chicken breasts; cover and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
