3 cups Bread flour
3 tablespoons Wheat germ; * see note
3 tablespoons Oat bran; ** see note
teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Sugar
2 teaspoons Vegetable oil
2 Cloves garlic
3 tablespoons Fresh parsley
cup Water
1 small Loaf:
1 teaspoon Active dry yeast
2 cups Bread flour
2 teaspoons Wheat germ; * see note
2 tablespoons Oat bran; ** see note
teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Vegetable oil
1 Clove garlic; minced
2 tablespoons Fresh parsley; chopped
¾ cup Water; +1 tsp

Directions

FOR 1LARGE LOAF

Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine manual and process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer's directions. Let the loaf cool before slicing. Serve plain or toasted.

NOTES : *Note: I omitted the wheat germ. **Note: Original recipe calls for wheat bran.
