Mix in cheddar cheese pieces. Spoon mixture into 6 custard cups. Combine sugar, flour, butter, and cinnamon in a small bowl, mixing until crumbly.

Sprinkle topping on apple mixture in cups. Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 min.

Serve warm. Six servings.
