Apple cookie sheet cake

Ingredients

| 2 | cups | Sugar | 
| 3 | cups | Apples; fresh chopped | 
| 3 | Eggs | |
| 3 | cups | Flour | 
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt | 
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla | 
| ½ | teaspoon | Butter flavoring; optional | 
| 1 | teaspoon | Baking soda | 
| 8 | ounces | Cream cheese | 
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla | 
| 8 | tablespoons | Margarine | 
| 4 | cups | Powdered sugar | 
Directions

FROSTING
CAKE:  Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix at once. Pour into 11 x 16 jelly roll pan. Bake at 325ø  for 35-45 min. ICING: Mix together. Spread over cooled cake.
