Apple crunch #2

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Flour | 
| 1 | cup | Sugar | 
| 1 | teaspoon | Baking powder | 
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt | 
| 1 | teaspoon | Cinnamon | 
| 1 | Egg | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla | 
| 1 | Stick butter or margarine; melted | |
| 1 | can | Sliced apples | 
Directions
Line pan with apples and melted butter. Beat egg and vanilla together; combine with dry ingredients. Spread over apples. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Serve warm.
