Apple crisp #2

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 cups Apples, peeled, cored,sliced
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Butter or margarine
¾ cup Rolled oats
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
2 tablespoons Chopped nuts
¼ teaspoon Cinnamon

Directions

Substitute peaches or pears when they are in season.

Place apples in a microwave baking pan and sprinkle with lemon juice.

In a small bowl, melt butter at High for 30 to 45 sec. Stir in rolled oats, brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon. Combine well. Sprinkle evenly over apples.

Microwave at High for 8-10 min. Allow 5 to 7 min after cooking time.
