Sugar -- to taste | ||
1 | teaspoon | Lemon Peel -- grated |
6 | tablespoons | Marsala Wine -- (sweet) |
Directions
Peel the oranges carefully and slice thin, reserving the juice. Place the slices and juice on a large, shallow platter and sprinkle with sugar, lemon peel and marsala. Toss very gently, cover, and chill for a few hours before serving.
Serves 6-8.
