1 | pack | (10 oz.) of frozen artichokes |
3 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |
¼ | cup | Olive oil |
3 | Peppercorns | |
1 | pinch | Thyme |
1 | pinch | Fennel seed |
1 | pinch | Coriander seed |
1 | small | Bay leaf |
Directions
1. In a large, heavy skillet, cook artichokes in boiling water for 5 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
2. Cool in cooking liquid. Serve artichokes with 4 tbsp of this liquid.
