Aunt clarabelle's pineapple cream pie

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Pie shell, 9\"; baked (deep dish)
2 cups Milk
¾ cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tablespoon Cornstarch; heaping
1 tablespoon Flour; heaping
1 pinch Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla
16 ounces Pineapple, crushed; drained

Directions

Combine everything except the vanilla and pineapple and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick. Remove from the heat and add the pineapple and vanilla. Pour into the shell after cooling slightly.
