Ingredients

¾ | cup | Sieved avocado |
1 | Clove garlic | |
1½ | teaspoon | Freshly squeezed lemon juice |
3 | tablespoons | Minced parsley |
¾ | teaspoon | Celery seed |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
3 | drops | Tabasco sauce; more or less |
1 | teaspoon | Grated onion |
½ | teaspoon | Prepared mustard |
Directions
Cut avocado into halves and remove seed and skin. Force fruit through a sieve. Rub bowl with cut garlic and discard garlic. Add avocado and other ingredients, blend well. Chill. Yield: 1 cup.
