Avocado orange salad with basil

2 | Avocados; sliced lengthwise | |
20 | Black olives; chopped | |
½ | cup | Basil; shredded |
½ | Red onion; thinly sliced |
Directions
Prepare all the ingredients but don't peel the avocado until right before assembling the salad. Arrange the orange sections, avocado slices, onion and olives on a large serving platter or individual plates. Sprinkle with the basil. Drizzle with a bottled oil and vinegar dressing.
