Avocado orange salad with basil

Ingredients

2 Oranges; peeled & sectioned
2 Avocados; sliced lengthwise
20 Black olives; chopped
½ cup Basil; shredded
½ Red onion; thinly sliced

Directions

Prepare all the ingredients but don't peel the avocado until right before assembling the salad. Arrange the orange sections, avocado slices, onion and olives on a large serving platter or individual plates. Sprinkle with the basil. Drizzle with a bottled oil and vinegar dressing.
