Baked liver with apples

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Beef liver; sliced
2 mediums Apples; chopped
1 medium Onion; chopped
teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Pepper
6 slices Bacon; cut in pieces
¼ cup Water; or beef bouillon

Directions

Place liver in greased shallow casserole. cover with apples, onion, salt, and pepper. Top with bacon pieces and add liquid. Bake, covered, at 325 degrees for 1-½ hours, removing cover during last 20 minutes of baking.
