DRESSING
The number of vegetables will depend on the number of guests. Peel cucumber and cut in fairly fine rings. Sprinkle with about 1 teaspoon of salt per cucumber. Place in refrigerator 1 hour. Slice the onion finely in rings. Marinate in vinegar about 1 hour. Slice tomatoes and green peppers (take out seeds) in rings. To make dressing: dissolve and mix ingredients, Take cucumber and squeeze out water (in hands). Drain the onion and break up into separate rings.
Put all vegetables in a bowl and mix with dressing, being careful not to break tomatoes. Refrigerate for an hour before serving. Dust with paprika if desired. Fedor Mediansky. Bon-Appetit, Exec.Chef. Magnus Johansson
