Banana crunch salad

½ | cup | Mayonnaise |
6 | tablespoons | Peanut Butter;softened |
⅓ | cup | Sunflower Seed;hulled |
6 | Lettuce;leaves | |
½ | cup | Peanuts |
Directions
Wash, core and slice the apples. Quickly dip them into the lemon juice and let drain.
Peel and slice bananas. Quickly dip them into the lemon juice and let drain.
In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise and softened peanut butter until well mixed. Stir the sunflower seeds into the mayonnaise mixture.
Stir the apple slices into the mayonnaise mixture until all slices are well coated.
Put lettuce leaves on to small plates.
Spoon the banana mixture on to the lettuce leaves and sprinkle with peanuts.
